Reiki Level 1 & 2

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique. It is a gentle healing energy that promotes stress reduction, deep relaxation for balance and harmony, and deep healing. Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei means Universal and Ki means Life Force Energy. Therefore, Reiki is Universal (or Knowing) Life Force Energy. 

Because it is universal this means that it is everywhere, accessible at any time, & by anyone. 

The great news is, you don’t need any special tools or formal education, just a master Reiki teacher to help open the channel that already exists within you & “turn on” your natural ability to access it. 

This class is a combination of lecture, discussion, & practicum. And once the class is complete, students will have access to the Reiki Lab where they can continue the conversation, explore their new gifts and practice Reiki with other students for feedback and experience. 

Once attuned to Reiki energy, you have it for life and can use it for many ailments like:

• Stress

• Anxiety/depression

• Insomnia

• Chronic pain

• Fatigue

• Gut and digestion issues

• Headaches & migraines

• Speeds up healing during recovering from illness, accidents, or surgery. 

Level 1, or First  Degree, Reiki training allows students to practice Reiki on themselves and to share it with family and friends, including our beloved animal companions.

Level 2, or Second Degree, Reiki allows students to offer Reiki over a distance, learn the sacred Reiki symbols, and learn how to send Reiki healing energy to future & past situations. 

With Level 2 or 2nd Degree you are now considered a Reiki Practitioner and can offer your services to others.  

After completing the Reiki training you will receive a First and Second Degree Reiki Certification. 

You don’t need to become a Reiki Practitioner to take this class. Most people take this introductory level Reiki course so they can enhance their own life and help with the healing of friends & family members. 

If you are interested in becoming a Reiki Practitioner, this course offers support, esources, and guidance on creating your own thriving Reiki Practice.
